pinning a labeled file

Assinging a label to a singular files creates a version on this file. While pinning you can pin to this version. Since the label action is not yet handled, we do not know anything about the labeled version and we miss the "name tracking".

- resolution set to fixed.
Since we now handle labels also, we are also capable to pin at a version, where a label was assigned.
Changing version to 0.11.
