preserve labels during the conversion

- resolution set to fixed.
All labels are now created in a "labels" directory. The state of the file/directory is copied at to a similar path within the labels directory at the moment, when the labels was assigned to the file/directory.
already existing labels that are assigned to files later (Label promotion), are simply copied over the existing files within the apropriate labels directory.
