Optionally generate MD5 checksums for text content. The output should e.g. look like this:
Text-content-length: 5252 Text-content-md5: a63f2bf90c560e59025210cf8c076524 Content-length: 5292

fixed in [316]: this option can be activated with a new commandline switch "--md5"
